My journey at Waakif began with the website revamp, where I was responsible for designing key pages from scratch. From collaborating with graphic designer to working closely with developer led to the successful launch of our website. Following this, I conducted a UX analysis of the Waakif dashboard, identifying usability issues and proposing improvements. Additionally, I designed a custom invoice maker app for a client, following a research-driven approach to create
an intuitive and efficient solution.

The existing website lacked clarity, proper information hierarchy, and engaging UI, leading to poor user engagement so it needed a fresh look to improve usability and engagement.

Waakif’s dashboard was a core tool for businesses, but it was overwhelming for the users, as they faced navigation difficulties and cluttered data presentation. I worked on the Dashboard with the team where I did a brief UX Analysis of it by addressing the existing usability issues, analyzed industry trends, competitor dashboards and proposed improvements.
